Logo Design
The logo we created for Harbour Treats needed to reflect their location in a historic, Cornish fishing port, so we illustrated an anchor and used shades of blue and green.
Illustration
As part of the branding we were asked to illustrate the famous fishing port of Port Isaac where they are located, to be used in multiple applications. After initially sketching the scene, we used a combination of watercolours, pencil shading and Photoshop to bring it to life.
Pint Glass Design
The glass design featured our phrase, 'rolling hills, bobbing boats and salty air'. We then illustrated an anchor and waves motif to bring the design to life.
Product Design
We created a new illustration in a different style for Harbour Treat's jute bag design. Available to purchase from their Port Isaac shop, it was a very enjoyable project to be part of.
Packaging Design
Branded chocolate bars also carry the illustration and branding, so our designs needed to work in many different packaging options.
Packaging Design
The concept was to create 'A gift from Port Isaac', a memento from the beautiful fishing village, such as these boxes of fudge and jars of jam. Different colours highlight flavours with the flexibility to add more to the range in the future.
Guide Book Design and Print
Our clients wanted to create a guide to Doc Martin's Port Isaac, which features their shop as the chemist in the television show. We used our illustration for the cover as well as creating a map of the town.
Harbour Treats
Working with Harbour Treats, a gift and confectionery shop in Port Issac, has been a pleasure. We began their branding with logo design, aiming to reflect their seaside location. Then we hand-illustrated the familiar Cornish harbour of the historic port, and applied these elements to varied print applications.
The project has taken in product and packaging design, along with a popular map guide for Port Isaac. The brochure was printed on good quality stock and features the landmarks of television show Doc Martin, set in the town.
