The Tree House Hotel
6th August 2019
This lovely elevated structure is the first of possibly nine cabins built by Danish architect Sigurd Larsen. Perched 6-8m up in the trees, this holiday home has a living tree at its centre. Part of a new hotel called Løvtag, all based in the stunning peninsula of Als Odde.
Thoughtfully designed with giant windows, a terrace and a shower room that feels connected to the great outdoors.
The comfortable but minimal home sleeps 4 and is just a hop, skip and a jump from Denmark’s longest fjord, the Mariager. Such a peaceful location, and you get to access the tree house by a rope bridge! Great fun.
